Get ready to unleash your creativity under the open sky. Our outdoor-themed Chalk Art Contest runs August 11 to 20, and we want you to be part of it. Grab some chalk, pick your favorite spot in Boonville, and create family-friendly, outdoor-inspired artwork at your own pace.

How to enter
• Create your piece on a public-viewable sidewalk or pavement.
• Snap a clear photo of your finished artwork.
• Upload it to this contest page for a chance to be featured and win prizes.

We will provide the chalk. You choose the date and location.

Rules and Regulations

Rules and eligibility:
• Materials: chalk and pastels only.
• Location and timing: outside on sidewalk or pavement within the designated time frame (August 11 to 20) and viewable in person.
• Entries: multiple entries are allowed per person.
• Content: must be suitable for public and family viewing.
• No words, symbols, or caricatures intended as political statements.
• Artwork must be culturally sensitive, appropriate, and respectful of diversity.
• We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or eliminate objectionable art or any art that does not follow these rules.
• All entries must be within the Boonville, New York village limits.
