Host a Porch at Porchfest Boonville

Thank you for opening your home, business, or space for Porchfest Boonville! Hosting a porch means providing a welcoming location for musicians and performers to share their talent with the community. Whether you’re along Schuyler or Main or nestled on a quieter street, your participation helps bring music and energy to the whole village.

What You Need to Know

You can host a solo performer or multiple acts throughout the day. Choose your own entertainment or let us match you with a musician. Porches, businesses, and unique spaces across Boonville — whether on or off the main festival route — are welcome to participate. If you have a PA system or extra seating, let us know. For a $50 donation, you can receive an official Porchfest flag to proudly display your participation. We’ll coordinate with you to find the right fit and help make your porch part of the magic.

Date: Sunday, August 17th | Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Porchfest Boonville is a village-wide celebration of music and community. While Schuyler Street and Main Street are at the heart of the event, porches all across town are encouraged to join in and help bring the village to life.

We encourage hosts to decorate, provide seating or shade, and create a welcoming space for performers and attendees alike.

Photo Release and Host Liability Agreement

By participating in Porchfest Boonville, you agree to allow photos, videos, and other media taken at your porch to be used by Stoney Shire Inc. and its affiliates for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and print platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, websites, press releases, and future event promotions.

You acknowledge that Porchfest is a community-driven event with performances taking place at independently hosted locations. As a host, you understand and agree that Stoney Shire Inc., its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, property damage, theft, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

By signing up as a host, you confirm that you are voluntarily allowing performances at your location and that you are responsible for ensuring a reasonably safe environment for performers and attendees. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoney Shire Inc. and all related parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses that may arise as a result of your participation in this event.

Additionally, you acknowledge that performances may vary in style, content, and volume, and you assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with any local noise ordinances or community regulations. If any concerns arise, you agree to communicate with event organizers to find a reasonable resolution.
