Boonville is making history with its first-ever Porchfest! This exciting two-day festival will transform our village into a vibrant celebration of music, community spirit, and local talent. Inspired by the Porchfest movement that started in Ithaca, NY, in 2007, Boonville’s Porchfest is all about bringing neighbors together through live performances, artisan vendors, and family-friendly fun.

Join us for a weekend filled with music, creativity, and community spirit. Whether you’re a performer, vendor, volunteer, or simply a music lover, Porchfest has something for everyone!
Prize: Winner takes the full prize pool — funded by $25 entry fees from participating performers
Solo acts, duos, and bands of all genres are invited to join this friendly, community-based competition. Audience members will vote using QR codes placed at each Porch-Off performance, and a small guest panel will help determine the final winner.
It’s a laid-back challenge with a fun reward — no pressure, just a great way to showcase your sound and kick off our new community contest series.
Grand Prize: $400 First Place Prize
A post-parade showdown featuring marching bands from The Woodsmen Field Days Parade. Bands will be judged on musicianship, creativity, and precision. Experience the energy of a stadium performance in the heart of Boonville!
Experience intimate concerts from porches around Boonville. Homeowners will host musicians, creating a unique and personal music experience. From solo acoustic acts to full bands, there’s something for everyone.
Discover spontaneous acts of music, magic, comedy, and more throughout the village. Buskers will perform along sidewalks, in parks, and near vendor areas, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the festival.
